In the event of inclement weather, delays or cancellations of League meetings, this information will be posted as soon as possible. If it is deemed necessary to cancel a general meeting, you will receive an email by 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting.
The decision to cancel an interest group meeting or outing will be made by the meeting organizer. The organizer is resposible for contacting participants as soon as possible.
